The Time Machine

H. G. Wells · 1895

A Victorian scientist travels 800,000 years into the future and finds a divided society — gentle consumers on the surface, predatory producers below. Wells’s warning about what happens when the class that eats stops needing the class that feeds it.

How it works

Read the material. Check out what helps. Route the next step.

The Library teaches. The Forge turns readers into operators. The private portal keeps your place. You do not have to move through all of it — browse what helps, ignore what doesn't, and go deeper only when you choose.

Publications first

Books, articles, audio, video, quizzes, and interactive tools are the storefront. Everything starts with something you can open and use.

Free library card

A library card is free. When you decide to save your place or check out materials, you give us your information once so the Library can track your circulation and prepare your private portal.

Three checkouts

You can check out up to three items at a time in any mix: books, songs, videos, briefs, or tools.

Your fare is feedback

When you return an item, tell us one thing: it helped, it didn't, or something else we should know. That is your fare.

No fines

If time runs out, the item returns to the shelf. No penalty, no shame, just check it out again when you are ready.

Library, not Stadium

The Library stays sales-free. Paid execution and implementation live elsewhere and are entered by choice, not forced from the shelf.

We do in one year what a university cannot do in four.

Library Card

Get your free card. Save your place. Check out up to three items.

The card is free. Use it to track your checkouts, save your place across the Dynasty Library, and unlock your private portal when you are ready. Fill this out once. From there, the Library remembers you.

You can browse first. Use the card when you want to check out, save progress, or enter private materials.

Just want the audio shelves? Request Your Library Card — first name and email, and the Introduction and Full Library tracks open on the spot.

Request a Dynasty Library Card

Four fields. No payment. No pitch. This is how the Library keeps your circulation and your place.

Your card is issued digitally. The Library is a sales-free environment; the card is used only to route material, track your checkouts, and prepare your private portal. Nothing is sold on this page.

Return Desk

Three out at a time. Your fare is your feedback.

This is your circulation shelf. Anything you have open sits here for seven days. Return it whenever you are done and tell us one thing about how it landed — that is the whole fare. Nothing is charged, and there are no fines.

If your seven days run out, the item simply returns to the shelf. No penalty, no shame — check it out again whenever you are ready.
